Terms and Conditions

  • Pack weight brackets are referred in criteria guidelines, whereas the highest chargeable weight applies (volumetric in cms LxWxH ÷ 4000).
  • The delivery consists of two consecutive delivery attempts, whereas an agreed Third attempt will incur a surcharge, otherwise package will be returned and label invoiced to the client.
  • Greater Beirut area limits are from Khaldeh to Casino, Suburbs from Saida to Tripoli, and the rest is Beyond area.
  • Client is required to have proper packaging (bubble wrap, carton rolls...), because in any circumstances The Net Global will not be liable for any damage during transport unless properly packed.
  • Client shall be notified about Unclear Address, and shipments will be held at depot for upcoming weekday delivery further to phone call or messenger attempt.
  • The Net Global will offer MyNet electronic label to client on order placement.
  • The Net Global reserves the right to override the service due days based on business circumstances, especially during peak and holiday seasons, by notifying the client.
